Salient Federal Solutions employees have established a tradition of giving back to communities and people in need world-wide.

Salient and it’s employees will be participating in the 2013 Greater Washington Region Heart Walk along with other companies in our community. Salient is also a corporate sponsor of the event and will be leading the efforts for heart health and walking this year at Salient.
Salient is expanding its ‘Make A Difference’ Program by partnering with the United Way of the National Capital Area (NCA). One way we are doing this is through our participation in the annual United Way Shoebox Project campaign to help many of our neighbors who are vulnerable and at risk of meeting their basic needs, including personal care products and emergency preparedness items.
Salient Federal Solutions Announces the Expansion of its Making a Difference Program to Include Partnership with Stop Hunger Now International Event Salient to donate and package 30,000 meals for Stop Hunger Now with the commitment to support the campaign to end world hunger now.
Operation Homefront:National event. Operation Backpack The “Back to School Brigade” is an annual campaign to purchase and fill backpacks for children of deployed soldiers with the items they need for the upcoming school year. Holiday Giving Quilt Filling the pockets of the Giving Quilts made the Holiday Season a happier one for our Deployed and Wounded Warrior families.
Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida Salient donated three children’s bikes for the Fernandia Beach Florida Boys & Girls Club. This benefits the long-time effort to lead the community to a brighter future. For over 45 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida has worked on the front lines of youth development, helping young people from disadvantaged economic, social and family circumstances.
Azalea Charities’ work for the Wounded Warriors Salient is proud to support Azalea Charities’ work for the Wounded Warriors who have sacrificed so much for their country. We also salute the volunteers and members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and the Special Olympics of Virginia. Salient is a leading provider of IT and engineering solutions.
St Jude’s WMZQ Radiothon Salient employees handled donor calls and raised over $35,000 for St Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Tsunami Relief Employee contributions and matching funds of $15,000 were donated to the American Red Cross for earthquake and tsunami assistance in Japan. San Diego Food Bank The San Diego Food Bank received food contributions from Salient Employees.
